We opened this shop because we did not like the direction marketing efforts were headed in the industry. Coupons can be a valuable tool to invite new customers to your business or reward current customers for their loyalty.
Unfortunately, service writers and technicians have been pressured to make up that coupon discount with additional work. Customers became wary – is the work really necessary? Is their car really unsafe if they don’t do the work? Does the work really have to be done right now? Who do you trust?
When we do offer coupons, we don't use too good to be true pricing. We just want to say thanks to our loyal customers or encourage someone new to come in. And we want them to come back again and again.
